Performance characteristics

1. 360° electric control steering, accurate positioning

360° electric steering structure, the probe omnidirectional arbitrary steering, 210° super bending Angle, can be observed in all directions. Press the rocker one key lock/reset, gently dial the rocker, fine tune the steering, probe positioning more accurate; Fast/slow steering adjustment greatly improves steering efficiency.

2. Fast endless focusing

① Endless focusing: Through the stepless focusing knob, change the depth of field range of the probe in order to meet the different detection needs of customers;

② Double helix optical lens: By changing the lens, changing the near/middle/far focal depth of field or changing the direct/side view direction, to meet the needs of multiple application conditions;

③ Electric optical zoom: Adjust the depth of field through optical zoom to achieve multi-focal length detection, the depth of field range can cover 2mm~∞, and the zoom response is less than 20ms.

3. Pipeline system of various specifications

Modular design, line system and battery module can be removed and replaced. A host system, with multiple pipeline systems, can simultaneously meet the customer's different cavity size, hole size, detection distance and other diverse testing needs.

4. Multiple light sources are available

The pipeline system can be matched with white light, infrared light, ultraviolet light and other light sources, but also optional auxiliary lighting: white light/ultraviolet light, according to the detection condition, targeted selection of light sources, help to better detect the defects of the inspected object.

5. Diversified functions

The K series is equipped with a variety of functions such as benchmarking comparison measurement, detection report, overtemperature warning, and intelligent file management.
